How Fiction Mail Works: Personalized Stories Mailed as Letters

Personalized fiction letters from Fiction Mail

Fiction Mail brings a story to your mailbox through personalized letters from a fictional character. Here's everything you need to know about how it works.

How It Works in 3 Steps

  1. Pick a story. Choose a series by genre and length: 4 or 8 weekly letters, 12 monthly letters, or a bundle of up to 52 weekly letters.
  2. Add a name and a date. Tell us whose name goes in the story, and pick the date we mail the first letter. You can order today for a birthday or holiday months away.
  3. The letters are mailed one at a time. A new letter is mailed each week or each month, depending on the series, until the story is complete.

What Every Letter Includes

  • Your name woven throughout the story. You're not just reading the story, you're in it.
  • A custom handwriting font. Each letter looks like it was written by hand.
  • Letterhead for each series. Every series has its own stationery design.
  • The current date. So each letter feels freshly written.
  • A kraft envelope. Just like a letter from a friend.

An Example: Seeking Justice

Seeking Justice, a mystery told through personalized letters from JenTake our best seller, the Seeking Justice series. When Jen's neighbor is found dead under suspicious circumstances, the police quickly rule it a suicide. Unconvinced, Jen launches her own investigation.

Over eight weeks, you get one letter a week from Jen. Each 5 to 6 page letter pulls you deeper into her amateur detective work, with unexpected twists, suspicious characters, and startling revelations. By the end of two months, you've followed along as Jen uncovers the truth.
